@teortaxesTex @Brad_Setser There is a huge subsides number on the book which shouldn't apply to export vehicles. And with this subsidies the net profit was only 4%. So yes its profitable, but the outlook is dark as their export number grow, the subsidies will decrease.

@Deliveroo By your company standard, you called this resolved. Not by me on the effort i had to put in to rectify your mistakes. My only mistake is picking your service for things that you can't deliver. FYI, I did ask for a formal complaint on email level, but I guess thats resolved too...

6pm 落order，TST店送TST山林道， 七點前到，ok. ，漏咗好多嘢。deliveroo 客服話部分漏咗嘅食物退錢，但係最大鑊係漏咗個湯底.....！！！

@Deliveroo 繼續同幾個客服斷斷續續咁樣糾纏咗一個鐘.... 終於肯送個湯底過嚟.... Meanwhile,喺呢個混亂嘅時候，bb已經好肚餓，唯有叫工人另外煮啲嘢等佢哋自己可以食先。
到最後湯底到咗，我同老婆打咗邊爐。開到幾大冷氣都覺得好熱，因為我哋兩個人都好撚㷫。食咗好少嘢，但係一肚氣已經飽撚曬。

Facebook messenge揼咗15分鐘，佢話會同deliveroo溝通, 叫我同佢哋跟進。deliveroo嗰邊啲客服又話唔會再跟進redelivery.... 仲話可以畀15蚊credit我，想我算數....
