@PizzaExpress That’s what I thought. I was told that it was only one piccolo meal per app. So my partner would need to download the app & pay for his meal that way. Which felt very counter initiative and a waste of time. I tried to explain but it fell on deaf ears so I did pay for 1 piccolo.

@PizzaExpress Hi, any chance you can change your slogan to KID (singular) eat free? Being told that it’s only one child per bill rather than per adult is not a great look. Either make the advert clear or train the staff to ensure the customer utilises a code with the app.
