agree that risk takers are crucial for innovation but it's also the innovative ideas that attract them. Dare if I compare, look at Phantom and Magic Eden, vs MetaMask and OpenSea. While all 4 received significant funding, the former 2 grew primarily by innovating and attracting users who are also risk taking investors.
So imo innovation doesn’t have to be a chicken and egg situation
