Therefore we are only updating for security & bug fixes. We also still provide direct customer support for our users.

There will be no new updates to the existing version beyond security and bugs. The plan is to launch the new version of Hodl Wallet before year end.

@SerWisdom69 We're still here. Mainly providing support for customers. We had to slow down development on the new version of Hodl Wallet but it's still underway. There will only be new updates to the existing version if security related. New version will be released sometime this year.

@econoalchemist Hey Chris. This is most likely due to the version of core you are running. The newest version does not serve bloom filters by default. Instead you'll have to compile and set the flag to serve the filters manually. We've been seeing this happen more frequently.

@TokenAlgo We will make sure to explore more options for connecting to your own node in future versions of Hodl Wallet.

@TokenAlgo Unfortunately the only options are to recompile with the serve bloom filter option or downgrade. Neither are great options. We will look into writing a guide for those that want to compile Bitcoin Core with this feature on.

@KyleSamani One of the reasons we made Hodl Wallet was because we we're tired of the complicated on boardings the space had to offer.

I guess I just found my go to wallet:

@hodlwallet - It is open source, is native segwit and you can manually adjust tx fees!

Will probably go on recommend this to people! Especially in our regular #cryptocourses for practitioners!
