@elonmusk @Tesla, I want to cancel my Model 3 pre-order and have my U$ 1,000 deposit back. I gladly backed you up in 2016. But as Tesla shows no interest in opening an office in Brazil, I want my money back. But I can not do that as you are blocking IPs from Brazil. Please Help

@elonmusk I am one of the bunch of Brazilians that have pre-ordered the M3. Mainly to support Tesla and aware that M3 could take long to be delivered in Brazil. But, this waiting is becoming disrespectul. The estimated deadline on Tesla website can't be taken seriously.
