I'm a middle-aged white lady. Sometimes, when I'm having a bad day, I go to Target or Walmart, march right up to the Service Desk & ask for the manager. When they arrive, I compliment 1 or more of their employees. Watching their concern change to pride turns my day around.

just to pay. I can't reorder til it's paid so it's going to be at least Wednesday before I get my meds. I'm starting to flare & going 5 more days without my med isn't going to help. I can pay online when it's not late so why not now? Is this just a way to punish people?

@OptumRx Why don't you allow patients to pay their late balance online? My FSA card ran out, & I've been w/o my biologic for WEEKS. I finally got the money to cover the outstanding balance yesterday, but I have to wait until Monday when your office is open & speak to a rep 1/2

TIL Many Salvation Army homeless shelters charge per night. The San Antonio men's shelter requires a money order for $12.50 by 3 p.m. each day or you sleep on the street. That works out to $375/mo. When you say "there are shelters," remember to add "for paying customers only."

@a_h_reaume A few years ago, I told an ex-friend my daughter was choosing to be child-free, & she told me that was selfish. I asked her what was selfish about it & she couldn't give a coherent answer. FYI: She only had 1 son & but wanted more, even though she clearly didn't enjoy mothering.

@fayemikah I'm a cis-woman & I've had linebacker shoulders my whole life. I need them to hold up my massive rack. But if someone wants to think I'm trans because I have big shoulders, whatever. People come in all shapes & sizes & there's nothing wrong with being trans so fuck that guy.

FYI - my kid literally had to move the clothes rack so I could get out, while the associates in the area looked irritated or avoided eye contact. I just wanted to spend a reckless amount of money on family pajamas. Why you gotta treat me this way?

@Target This is NOT what accessibility looks like. Honestly, all stores - please make sure aisles aren't blocked by a pole or anything else. Leave room to turn around in a scooter. It's so frustrating to get trapped because I want/need something down a blocked aisle. #NEISvoid

@Shenanigans_luv This happened at my son's prom 2 years ago. They required masks, had the prom in an open air venue, enforced social distancing... & then weren't even wiping down the breathalyzer between students. 36 kids got covid.
