Standard overnight for @FedExHelp means two days of waiting and then the app updates to “We’ll add a delivery date when it moves”. I always forget @FedEx is the worst of the big shippers but they always remind me!

@FedExHelp @FedEx I am returning a purchase to Neiman Marcus. I sent it from San Francisco on May 19th to Dallas, TX. It still hasn’t been delivered. Is this indicative of the usual transportation time? I was quoted 2-7 business days. Please advise how this can be remedied ASAP.
