Hello everyone. As you may know, there was a major pump in the IRYS/USDT trading pair recently. I held a short position on Binance (account UID: 108393152).
While prices were consistent across various exchanges such as MEXC, Bitget, Bybit, and OKX the price on Binance’s futures market was 28% higher than on these other platforms. Consequently, while my position would not have been liquidated on other exchanges, it was unfortunately liquidated on Binance. When we reached out to them regarding this, they responded by stating that other exchanges are "of no concern to them." It is unacceptable to be subjected to such manipulation on Binance a platform we chose precisely because it offers the highest liquidity only for the team to declare that they will not compensate us for our losses. We demand that they rectify this situation. We will continue to post updates here until the issue is resolved.
