They respect you as a leader when you’re not afraid to do the work yourself. James Franklin understands. That’s why he’s a great leader of men. #Hokies

What Grunkemeyer saw in the pocket last night and still pulled off the W 😤

@2turnturfraces @dannykanell 🤣

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@dannykanell Can do it with his legs a bit as well! Grunk Vick out there some plays!!!

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

PREACH!!!

[Danny Kanell @dannykanell]

Gutsy call from Va Tech. Go for the win down 3 points on 4th down. But that’s because you’ve got QB Ethan Grunkemeyer. He’s one of most underrated QB’s in the county. He’s now got 17 pass TD’s and 2 int.

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@treadmillhorse @VT4L_Joe Had to re-familiarize myself with this ruling! I was looking at ESPN/24/7 rosters and some players still had the “RS” in front of their name and had me thinking. Thanks for clarifying! Always there for the fans!!

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

Will Messiah Mickens redshirt or do you think we’ll play him more in remainder of season? @VT4L_Joe @treadmillhorse

At this point Wiggins, Petersohn, Huhn and a few others will as well right?

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@Mr_Cousins_VT Just re-familiarized myself with this ncaa ruling! Completely forgot cause I was looking at people like Bryce Baker and espn still says RS for a few of the older players I guess

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

At this point I feel like Troy Huhn will Redshirt and possibly transfer next year with all the hype Borque is getting in camps and showcases.. might be a bit of an exaggeration but possible? Does Bryce transfer again?

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@XSmithdog Didn’t notice this. Thanks for sharing! I like Huhn a lot!

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@bluedog7564 Oh I’m enjoying the ride alright! These games have been amazing, just went down a recruiting rabbit hole earlier and was day dreaming about our future CFP cound hokie teams!

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@rjh9aer Yep, I was looking at Baker and his redshirt and totally forgot about that ruling.

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@OlMo66536023524 Forgot about this. Thank you, just re-familiarized myself with this ncaa rule

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@vth0kie31 This is what I’m hoping for! Huhn has looked good from what I saw (besides that spring game was it, when he had multiple picks?) but he’s young and learning so totally an opportunity to learn from mistakes

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@Hayter9117 Completely forgot about this ruling. Thank you!

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@Nocoras Weight room skill. He didn’t need a redshirt, but some younger athletes can build in the weight room and come back the following year more competitive

[Remington Stone @hokiestoneee]

@Nocoras What do you mean? Baker is a redshirt now and as long as players don’t play in more than 4 games they can redshirt and get an extra year of eligibility (and NIL money). Also, redshirting the right guys is massively valuable, just look at Overtons transformation with speed and…
