It's very moving to see my friends sharing how hard things have been at @theRSAorg. I too left after 4 yrs and share so many of the feelings they put into words here... I tried to communicate them as much as possible to find a way to build peace because actually, I loved the RSA.
Since March 2022, 86 skilled staff have left the RSA due to pay & toxic environment. We joined RSA believing we would help shape radical change but the reality is so different.
Watch these brave RSA leavers share their stories
Support us in our upcoming strike on 10 & 18 Oct!
Shocked the #FRSA email update says “After a year of staff change to accompany our change of strategy” - that’s staff being treated appallingly in the hope they’ll quit then. RSA colleagues were fantastic, highly talented & principled people This is not regenerative. @theRSAorg
Solidarity with my former colleagues who haven't been given a space to discuss, collaborate and improve the workplace. It's very sad and unjust...and such a contradiction to the values of so many of the changemakers that shape the organisation.
📢 HUGE NEWS! 📢
Staff at the RSA have voted OVERWHELMINGLY for the first strike action in the organisation’s history.
With a 79% turnout and a 93% vote in favour, we'll be on strike on Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st of September.

Looking for sameness, dreaming a better future, learning to feel and sense the land, developing within us a custodial ethics of care - why should the river be able to not only live but why should the river be also allowed to live and flow? A true gift to listen 👏🙏💚@theRSAorg
@JohnMcArts@MehakTejani@BennySouto So glad to see these coming through more and more. If Im not wrong these have been adapted many times to fit the purpose of sessions but originally come from the work we did in 2019 around inclusion and power with the wonderful @georgeaye
This book is so good.I feel my brain & body making so many connections.A highly recommended read, takes a step back through history and connects philosophies of systems thinking, biology, Buddhism, Taoism indigenous wisdom. Sets a foundation for a not so new but v needed worldview
