Did you know the Holabird & Root-designed + historic Mason City Public Library opened in Mason City, Iowa 84 years ago this month? In addition to our 1940’s design, our team was honored to revisit this project with a master plan, renovation, and expansion to the Library in 2013.

The Holabird team was honored to partner with @CUChicago on its new Nursing Simulation Center. Designed for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, it includes a skills attainment lab, multi-specialty intensive care spaces, a health assessment center, and additional spaces.

Our design of the @ConottonValley Rocket Community Center, complete with a 10-lane bowling alley, was recently featured in BCM Magazine. We are so proud to have brought bowling to the PK-12 Education Market.

It was our privilege to work with @northcentralcol to modernize the interior of its Oesterle Library.  The renovation breathes new life into this core campus building by providing spaces to enhance the student experience.
