The development will include 80 apartments, with 29 CHA units and 44 affordable homes.

April is #FairHousingMonth! Chicago is marking it with a major investment in affordable housing: over $300M for 15 developments creating or preserving 1,223 homes, including 1,164 affordable units. This #DevelopmentUpdate strengthens neighborhoods and expands access to housing.
