@TeamYouTube after trying to contact the official Youtube Copyright email (there is no option to report a youtube effect), I have not recieved a proper answer, only an automated reply.
I'm once again asking for the removal of this effect as it uses my animation without permission

@TeamYouTube ah, I was unaware that removing a Youtube Shorts effect doesn't seem to be possible through Youtube Studio.

Not only has this gained more views, the filter has been used quite a bit.
