@cenbank I want to know the policy/ penalty against bank that is treating his/her customers with disdain. I initiated transfer. @MyFCMB show prove of successful transactions with a session ID, while @access_more receiving bank telling me that to access d fund it will take 5days

@MyFCMB I made a transfer of fund from my company FCMB account to another bank, access bank precisely and the transaction did not drop for more than 9hours now. Please @cenbank help me out. It’s very annoying to made a transaction and it did not drop and not yet reversed
