@Solsticemeridia Finally got passed to someone who after we screenshoted RM delivery note, they realised ‘some’ funds to us but not the 75% they said they are keeping of the total order! So yet again we raised our concerns of where the rest of it!
We will be leaving as soon as we get our money !

Appalling @Etsy you are holding our money without justification for your #paymentreserves items that have tracking (which you admit you can see) & have been delivered.complete daylight robbery. "tracking shows the order in transit, the reserved funds will be released immediately.
