@Rhyme_W_Karbach@stephapstein An excellent example of why it’s absolutely ridiculous to employ armchair trolls as tv/radio analysts or in front offices. Being able to understand English doesn’t mean you have any sense of humor or ability to understand players talking about the game
@marxychick1 I still think he's an absolute douche. He's become a bit more personable, but he's still an asshole with his Double and Final bids. I get the goal is to win and win as much money as you can, but it's poor sportsmanship to bet $30,000 when the other 2 are $40,000 behind.
@stevecortes I'm a Christian, and I don't feel mocked at all. In fact, I feel this affirms the Christian values I was raised with - loving my neighbor, helping those in need, and using my works to do good.
@GlennMarshallJr@WGNMorningNews Accidents like this make me SO angry. They're not really accidents - they're recklessness! Witnessed a similar crash about 8 years ago on the Edens. Two idiots racing, 100+ mph. 21-yr-old driver survived, but the guy he hit didn't.
@marxychick1 I kind of enjoy his humor. Perfect? No. But decent. I liked Ken Jennings, but I felt he talked too fast, especially when not reading the clues.
@ihapp_1 IDK. How do you argue retiring it for Lester but not Kerry? Wood had more years with the Cubs and was a fan favorite, but his numbers aren't worth retiring the jersey. Lester had a big impact but has A LOT of non-Cubs years on his baseball card.
