I think the real issue here is national security. The #Chinese government would like nothing more than to shut down our compute capacity while they build up theirs. They can’t use #TikTok to influence anymore so they are using other platforms through proxies.
Who would want us to stop building our electrical grid? Who would wanna stop us from having compute capacity to develop AI? Which adversary would want that? There's only one. It's China. We noticed an immediate spike in misinformation on two platforms, Instagram and X, formerly Twitter. Why is this happening across America? Why every time we announce national defense in terms of giving us compute power do we get pounded by all of these IP addresses? So these are proxies for the Chinese government is my argument. They're just spreading falsehoods. This is the CCP at work here. There's no question about it.
Markets are hitting all-time highs despite turbulence, inflation, and rising energy costs and the reason is simple: AI is now impacting every sector of the economy. Companies are proving quarter after quarter that AI is driving productivity and margin expansion. While others are trying to pick the winning AI model, I’m focused on the picks and shovels, power, data centers, land, and infrastructure. Every AI system needs energy, and that demand is only accelerating.
At a certain point, money stops being the motivation. I don’t work 18 hours a day because I need more wealth, I do it because I want to build something extraordinary that my children can be proud of. What drives me now is competing in the AI race and making sure North America, not China, leads the future of advanced technology. That’s why I’m building sustainable data centers at scale to prove we can out innovate, out build, and out compete while doing it the right way.
I don't worry about the actual firmware stack. I would want every country to be using American chips so that the programmers there are held at bay by our technology. The Chinese are actually trying to develop this on their own. They are beating us in developing a larger electrical grid in China very quickly, because they don't have any permitting problems. And the other area that people have been talking about directly concerning these chips is they have much more compute power. They're building data centers at a rate that's four times ours. We have more data centers, but they're catching up very quickly.
Why wouldn’t China want more data centers built in the United States? Simple, the nation that leads in AI will lead the future, economically, technologically, and militarily. We’re already seeing it happen in real time as AI drives unprecedented productivity and margin expansion across every sector of the economy. While America debates permits, regulations, and protests over data centers, China is rapidly building power infrastructure and scaling compute capacity as fast as possible. This race is no longer theoretical. Whoever has the most compute, the best models, and the strongest infrastructure will shape the next era of global power.
Why is there suddenly such an aggressive push against American data centers and AI infrastructure? After seeing a major spike in coordinated opposition campaigns around our Utah projects, we conducted a digital audit and traced a large amount of the activity back to an organization called Alliance for a Better Utah, which has been pushing misinformation throughout Box Elder County about our data center developments. What’s even more concerning is where the funding appears to originate. After reviewing IRS Form 990 filings and tracing the network behind it, the money appears tied to Chinese linked funding channels connected through an organization called Arabella. Think about the incentive, if China is racing to dominate AI and compute capacity, why wouldn’t they want to slow American infrastructure down?
Anduril founder Palmer Luckey (@PalmerLuckey) on beating Boeing, Northrop, and Lockheed:
"We went from signing a contract with the Air Force to first flight in May—as far as I know, the fastest new fighter development program since the end of the Korean War."
'What changed was realising that people on the left who I thought were on my side in standing up against abuses of power were in fact on the other side.'
🔥 Bill O’Reilly just EXPOSED what he says is the most important detail of the Minnesota saga…and proves that the media is refusing to report it.
Listen closely.
It starts with a billionaire living in Shanghai.
O’REILLY: “Now, here’s the most important part of this whole thing, UNREPORTED.”
“There is a man in Shanghai, China, an American citizen, his name is Neville Roy Singham. He works with the Beijing government.”
“He is funneling MILLIONS of dollars into the United States of America through 501s, like Party for Socialism and Liberation, Democratic Socialists of America, Minnesota Immigration Rights Action Committee.”
“He is funneling money here to these radical organizations who are then agitating professional people, communists mostly — because Singham’s a communist — to go in and foster rebellion.”
“You heard that story reported? That is ABSOLUTELY true. The man has been investigated by the FBI in the past. This Singham character. Okay.”
“This isn’t some organic thing. This is a foreign power, Beijing using this American citizen who lives openly in Shanghai in luxury, knowing that this man is funneling 10’s of millions, probably more into this country to try to destroy the government.”
“What the DEUCE is that?!”
“WHERE ARE YOU New York Times?!”
“That’s the second part of the story. There’s a local federal story and there’s the international story.”
“And I’ve had it! You don’t like what I’m saying…BLANK you! Because I’m telling you the truth!”
