@qatarairways it’s since 1st March and i still haven’t had a refund. I’ve called, emailed and lost many house. It’s disgraceful! We were just left in the situation in Dubai with no support or comms and still no refund even

@etihad very disappointing service. Getting upgraded after a bid just 1 hour before take off. After being told it hadn’t gone through at the desk & spending 20 mins on the phone being told it wasn’t possible. both teams giving false information to having no working tv for 9 hrs

@qatarairways still trying to process my refund from the 1st March! It says trip complete on the system. And it wasn’t. Also impossible to speak to someone. Pls help i need this for another flight

@YvetteCooperMP Sorry what exactly is being done?? We have received two emails in 5 days! With the last mentioning Oman… how were we meant to know it was safe to go there when we were told stay put?!

And how are airlines allowed to keep selling regular tickets at such hiked prices

This is such a scam. Your ground staff make it seem hard and impossible to upgrade. They gave the price. Then different responses to seats available. On pushing me into having to then ask online it went up by $700 per person

@emirates flying to DXB I asked to upgrade at the gate, they gave me the price, different staff gave different info then said best to do on board now as there wasn’t enough time. I was there an hour before my flight. I get on board the price is 700 more pp. nice trick emirates!
