Order was placed April 6, number 31222857. I understand delays & was patient for it to eventually arrive on April 29. Since then, I have tried contacting you to get it corrected. With increased delays & no communication, I’m concerned I have incorrect product & have lost money.

@SpoonflowerHelp I’m unsure of how to get my order corrected or refunded. I went through the process of contacting via email and phone but have no received a response after more than a week. I’m concerned that my project is very delayed.
