Fans aren't getting remunerative content from many of the contestants. Though some of the queens tend to take part in live tweeting, they do not always engage directly with fans. Doing so and acknowledging them could increase motivations to watch along. #LTE343
@RuPaulsDragRace is a competition to become America’s Next Drag Superstar! It has been one of my favorite shows for years due to the lovable personalities of the contestants and the high entertainment value. I was eager to live tweet season 12 for #MKT343! #LTE343
Fans of the show are motivated by remunerative content, which is content that offers rewards in the form of incentives, exclusive information, and acknowledgement (Dolan, et al). #DragRace makes great use of this on their Twitter account but there is room for improvement.#LTE343
The concert wasn’t just about entertaining. As part of #R2R’s design and promotion teams, I used my energy and creativity to make graphics to educate followers about FFF and food insecurity. I strived to be a key player in R2R’s success with our greater purpose in mind. #jv343
Heroism is a Jesuit principle, encouraging people to work towards a greater purpose. The magis-driven hero brings their passion, imagination, and ambition to their work to achieve goals (Lowney). As a student of a Jesuit university, heroism is a value I try to embody. #jv343
Being part of #MKT343’s Rock to Remember, a benefit concert for Faith, Food and Friends at Old Saint Joseph’s Church, was an opportunity for me to embody heroism in my contributions. FFF and educating about food insecurity was the greater purpose driving everything I did. #jv343
I wish we were able to carry out the restaurant fundraising series called "Buy A Meal, Give A Meal." It would've been a great way to raise money for FFF and awareness about food insecurity, the disruption of food intake due to lack of resources (Healthy People 2020). #R2R21
@RocktoRemember was #MKT343's benefit concert for Faith, Food and Friends, an all-volunteer outreach program at Old Saint Joseph's Church which provides meals to men suffering from food insecurity. When COVID-19 hit, we were forced to cancel many of our original plans. #R2R21
As product managers, Michelle and her team @RCARecords were responsible for honing in Doja Cat's ideas for her album "Hot Pink" and turning them into content in the form of music, videos and promotional events. She stressed the importance of consistency and creativity! #guest343
#MKT343 at SJU had many guests who taught us about the entertainment industry. My favorite was Michelle @RCARecords who taught the class about content! Her presentation excited me about opportunities in music and the importance of being persistent to reach your goals! #guest343
A basic, core element of the entertainment industry is content. Creating content can start with one person's ideas and takes a dedicated group to copyright, produce, and market them, whether it is a movie, book, or album (Lieberman & Esgate). #guest343
