The Bible has always upheld marriage between one man and one woman.

1 Timothy 3:2 (KJV) says that a bishop must be “the husband of one wife.”

We cannot redefine God's standards to accommodate our desires. We cannot call something biblical simply because we want to practise it.

May God help us discern the truth and stand firm in His Word.

When you read the Bible, you will find several men who had multiple wives. Some of them were even blessed by God despite having more than one wife.

For example:

• Abraham had Sarah and Hagar (Genesis 16:1–3).

• Jacob had Leah and Rachel, as well as their servants, Bilhah and Zilpah (Genesis 29:21–30; 30:1–13).

• David had multiple wives (2 Samuel 5:13).

• Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines (1 Kings 11:3).

So, why is polygamy such a controversial topic among Christians today?

But then again, what do you think?

Tuesday Morning Thoughts:
Here comes another logical take that'll get me beat up all day...🤣

All we heard leading up to Michigan was how great their defense was, one of the best in the country. Fine.

Rocco Becht torched that defense for 270 yards through the air. DESPITE the mistakes & turnovers.
How? Why? He had a WEAPON.
We KNOW his best games were vs inferior competition. But even at ISU, when Becht had weapons to help him out, he did well.
270 passing yards on the road vs a top defense is legit. I can only imagine if he had Koby Howard...AND a rushing game that helped him in any way.

Personally I have hope for the remainder of the season. PSU is 5th nationally in passing yards allowed, and the run defense has improved. If Rocco can have his weapons and just limit poor decisions, this team can finish strong, which is VERY important for many reasons. #Perspective
