@LucyandYak I’m really not happy with your exchange process currently in place - my exchange order was not fulfilled without explanation and the item is now out of stock, despite actioning as soon as it was in stock. Really disappointed.

What on earth is going on @HeathrowAirport@British_Airways - everyone at T5 baggage claim has been abandoned, insane number of delayed flights, no luggage handlers and at 1am everyone told to abandon their luggage with no info. No staff around, collapsed system, carnage!!!

We got the form to fill out the missing baggage but the website crashes at the end (others also struggling). Chat bot useless and can’t get through on phone. Not sure what to do! There must be thousands of cases stranded.

I think they keep cancelling flights and there must have been a ton of red eye arrivals today, so god knows what state the baggage is in.
@British_Airways We’re being forced to fill out a form to locate our baggage that wasn’t offloaded tonight at T5 but the site is crashing at the last crucial step. Tried on phone and computer, same result. How are we going to receive our luggage if the form is broken?

@sparklysaniya@AmexUK@BFI Not usually! It changes the date that the tickets are available to Friday. Now it’s just saying it’s invalid. Never had issues with it and been buying for years. Maybe they’re only activating it once it hits 10am? Doesn’t explain why it worked fine last week. 🤔
