@qatarairways can you confirm if my luggage has arrived at Dubai international airport as it was lost previously? Ref: BRIVY10743 thanks

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@vueling can you send through the compensation form for lost luggage.

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@VuelingClients 4 days & still no luggage. This is ridiculous & very upsetting. I need to see action and for this case to be taken seriously

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@VuelingClients 2 days of incompetent people on that number. I need to see action and not numbers!

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@vueling #badcustomerservice who have incompetent people. Still can't locate the luggage after 48hrs. #ruinedholiday

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@VuelingClients its the airline responsibility to find my luggage. What are you doing about it besides sending ridiculous suggestions which

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@VuelingClients I don't think your understanding my situation. I need my luggage today, sending a mail is not the solution. Seriously!

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@VuelingClients I only have one device. This is not helping the situation!

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]

@VuelingClients responding to tweets without providing any helpful info is not classed as good customer service #poorcustomerexperince

[Holly Flintoft @HollyFlintoft1]
