@cvspharmacy so, it's the end of day 12 and still no Covid test results. All the auto-replies I've gotten apologize for the delay and say it will take 7-10 days... At what point can I get an actual escalation with an actual answer?

@cvspharmacy Today is day 10 of waiting for Covid test results. We have played by the rules and quarentined for 10 days, while still paying for day care. What do I have to do to get results???
