@EmiratesSupport Hi you never replied to my DM? I’ve managed to get a new flight to Heathrow tomorrow via Paris - what are the chances my bags make it with me? Judging on how disorganised the desks are my expectations are LOW 😭

@Workhouses @BBCNews Worth also noting people are queuing for 7+ hours with no food or water, being told to just run to gates and see if they get let on random flights - people here have been stranded for 48hrs
