In some ways I agree that is very expensive, but these high end devices enable smaller companies to get more exposure, as XR grows then everyone else grows ;) there are also various companies doing something similar to Google cardboard @holokit_io is one that I really like, also @brilliantlabsAR is amazing !

Just write down my prediction of future #MixedReality before #WWDC23: 1. Stereoscopic AR (#StAR) is a better term to refer to the head-worn AR technology in contrast to the handheld #AR. 2. #Copresence (In-person Multiplayer) is the differentiator and killer app of StAR vs. #VR.
