Never tried the weighted vest but back in highschool we used to wear ankle weights from 5-10 lbs. During basketball practice. Made a HUGE difference for GameDay!

Bryce Elder is the most frustrating pitcher the Braves have ever had in a rotation. He is either going 3 innings giving up 6+, gives up 3 in the first then ends with a quality start, or goes 8 innings with 2 or fewer runs and somehow 80 pitches with each scenario. @squidbilly929
