@hereisDrBrown @squidbilly929 swear to god I was sitting next to @_dylanmathews and @grantmcauley and I said holy crap did yall just see Trent Williams?! Dude is my age and still getting it

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

FWIW on the missed extra point… there’s a slight breeze in here with the roof open but not enough to cause issues today. @AtlantaFalcons

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

A TD for Nick Muse and that might've been the best drive of Tommy Rees' career. A MASSIVE answer by the @AtlantaFalcons. This game was looking like it might get sideways in a hurry. #RiseUp @929TheGame

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

For what it's worth, Sydney Brown starts the game at nickel with CJ Henderson and AJ Terrell at the outside corner spots for the @AtlantaFalcons defense. #RiseUp

@suzy_redd I haven’t seen enough of the end zone copy to say yes or no on that.. usually not something that only happens in one game though. Muscle memory.

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

Michael Carroll's footwork is a mess.. gotta get that tightened up. Stepping under himself wayyy too much.

[Jordan Reid @Jordan_Reid]

📈📈📈

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

@pmtrk1790 Yea they’re gonna have to be sharper on the silent counts. Find some change ups.

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

Even if you think the @AtlantaFalcons needed to pass because they were down 14 (they didn’t)… this can’t happen. It’s inexcusable.

[Warren Sharp @SharpFootball]

shockingly bad strategy from the Falcons cost them the game

first half plays:

4 Bijan runs: 12.8 YPC, +0.55 EPA, 100% success
2 BRob runs: 0.5 YPC, -1.35 EPA, 0% success
14 Penix att: 4.2 YPA, -0.34 EPA, 14% success

12 total rushes all game!

#1 fewest in NFL

71% first half early down pass rate

#1 highest in NFL

absolute insanity

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

@MarkZinno 😂😂😂🎣

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

@BuckNakedGLS @squidbilly929 @_dylanmathews @AliMacRadio Lmaoooo. Truth.

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

So damn frustrating

[Brian Baldinger @BaldyNFL]

.@ChicagoBears @AtlantaFalcons @KylerGordon ran the same blitz from an "assimilated pressure" 4X...The Falcons couldn't stop it; so DC, Dennis Allen, kept calling it. Helluva 2026 debut. #BaldysBreakdowns

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

Good chance we get all the way through this gameplan having run 2 different run schemes..

No toss, no sweep, no draw, no counter, no trap. Power? Kick? G? Anything else?

Not one time did Dennis Allen have to guess what they were doing. Just brutal.

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

This offensive gameplan from the @AtlantaFalcons is just so damn depressing.

Long-developing pass play, wide zone with Bijan, long-developing pass play.

Sprinkle in some badly timed screens and you've got yourself 100 yards of total offense.

[Mike Johnson @MPJohnson79]

Sydney Brown! What a play on the punchout. Huge swing. Falcons were on their heels and landed a counterpunch. #RiseUp @AtlantaFalcons @929TheGame
