The Holt Cross Country season has came to an end last week. 3 students earned their way to the state finals last Saturday, Junior Adugna Moritz (34th), Sophomore Aiden Grasse (42nd), and Freshman Emma Netzel (46th).

Being healthy is an important thing to do, and when winter comes, we tend to be unhealthy especially with the holidays. Here are 5 ways to be healthy during the winter season.
4) Wash your hand: Sound simple, but many people get sick more often during the winter so wash your hands regularly.
5) Drink water: just like in the summer drink water, even though you may not feel thirsty, your body is 60 percent water, so you need to stay hydrated.
