Cubs are paying $35M a year to Alex Bregman just for him to slug. 368, rank top 5 in the MLB in ground ball double plays, and be completely un-clutch in high leverage spots.
This is the guy Cubs lineup is supposed to lean on, but doesn't deliver the big hits.
The Cowboys are on CLOUD NINE right now:
• 3 game winning streak 🔥
• Beat both Super Bowl contenders from last season back 2 back 👀
• Pickens and Lamb are BALLIN
• New additions on defense are paying off
But can they stay locked in, in a playoff-like environment tonight against a Lions team fighting to keep their postseason hopes?
Everyone’s counting out Detroit right now they are extremely banged up with Amon-Ra hurt, LaPorta gone, secondary thin, and even Penei Sewell might not play. Plus Goff has struggled to stay up right and their run defense is shaky.
Yet, Vegas still has the Lions as 3 point favorites… and the public is HEAVY on dem boyz. This looks like an ultimate fade the public spot. Cowboys do need to prove they can handle a legitimate rushing offense (Chiefs, Eagles, Raiders all have been poor).
What do you think? 👇
Jordan Love should be in ALL MVP conversations right now..
Leads the league in EPA/Play, 4th quarter numbers are insane, and single handily carrying a Packers offense with a dropping issue and bad play calling.
btw, TOYOTATHON officially starts this week 👀
