@BestBuy @sprint I recently changed carriers from @Verizon to @sprint Worst decision ever Sprint’s service is awful. I miss 10-15 calls a day while I’m in my home that never even show up as missed calls. According to their coverage map, service at my address is excellent!!

@sprintcare I switched on April 7th. It’s been horrific, the customer service reps are ill informed. I got a new iPhone 8 Plus when I switched. I’m kicking myself for thinking I got a deal

@sprint The service is so bad in my house (showing as excellent on their coverage map, even when I use my exact address) they recommended I use my WiFi for calls. Umm - what am I paying you for??

@sprint Roaming data charges after 100 MB (yeah that’s right, 100 MB) which I never had with Verizon. 10-15 calls per day that never even show as missed calls. No call backs from service reps.
