HomeSpace breaks ground on one of two transitional housing projects, that when complete, will provide housing for 52 families in northeast Calgary. Currently 291 families are on a waiting list for transitional housing in the city.

@BrookfieldYYC @CloserToHomeYYC @HopewellDev In Spring of 2024, HomeSpace was awarded two @CityofCalgary Family Lease Sites for affordable family housing. In the communities of Horizon/Whitehorn and Shawnee Slopes, we plan to construct 52 units of 2-storey, 3-bedroom townhouses on each site.
