@JoAllchurch @HomesEngland @Kieranmclaughln There's genuinely very good reason for this. The cost of site wide sewers, drainage and infrastructure are absolutely eye-watering (no really... *eye-watering*).

We're going to do our best to recover the AH position back on the scheme's later phases.
