Hi @AskPayPal I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with Facebook taking billed payments from my PayPal but my Facebook was hacked. I’ve got in touch with you via Message Centre but I’m being told there is no way I can contact Facebook and there’s nothing you can do?! 😰

Someone created £2k worth of ads and paid for it with two of my PayPal accounts linked to my Facebook. I have access to my account again but @Facebook haven’t got back my Support ticket since last week and you’ve been un-able to help at all.

As I had @PayPalUK already connected and authorised to pay my previous @Facebook ad bills, PayPal won’t help me at all 😩
