The mousepad production cost per item is $5. That’s why I’m charging $25 the same price the company charges when they sell the mousepad on their website.
The figure production cost is $280 per figure, plus the mold cost.
The alternative products are more affordable and faster to produce, since I already have two prototypes.
I was planning to use the money to fund the other project.

@AkumaMikoVT @DelourContour I made the mistake of taking on more VTubers, which led to mismanagement, and I’m working on fixing that this year.
Right now, I’m going to deal with them to make sure they refund the pre-order money back to the fans.

The reason I canceled the collaboration is because of the last message you sent me.
The website was receiving emails saying that I wasn't taking money from the VTuber, even though everything was funded by me.
I did not ask the VTuber to pay for creating the figure design or the prototype.
At first, I planned to use my credit card to cover the net loss after the figure production since it would not be enough to break even.The reason I am focusing on alternative products is because merchandise is safer and faster to produce (two to five weeks), and the production cost is very affordable.
The first polyresin figure took almost six to seven months to complete.
I cannot use PVC figures because the mold is expensive (around $10,000), and I would need to sell at least 5,000 units for it to be worth it.
That would be nearly impossible for a VTuber. Even one of the most popular VTubers, Shylily, was only able to sell fewer than 150 figures (although I am not sure how much she promoted the figure).The only VTubers who might be able to do that are mainstream VTubers, such as those from Hololive or other corporate VTuber companies.

So I didn't realize this until just now, but apparently @TeamYouTube sent me a DM regarding my strike and they're upholding it. Apparently expressing disagreement with the wrong ideology on @YouTube means you're going to receive a strike on your channel now.

Just out of curiosity YouTube, why haven't you issued Community Guideline strikes on any of the really big channels like @Asmongold, @Tectone, @KirscheVerstahl, @Nux_Taku, just to name a fraction of channels who have expressed disagreements with something discussed in a video, or spoken about another individual, and was FAR more verbose with a great deal more "colorful language" than I ever exhibited in my video? Is there some reason you're only doing this to the smaller channels who don't have the means or resources to fight back like these other much larger and well-connected channels could? Could it be you're SCARED of these much larger channels and what actions they could take to actually hurt you should you attempt to issue false strikes against them like you did me?
