Better call Saul. For RUO Vendors: this is just going to be part of the business.
Go for the Dr Thunder defense.
Do not say your product is Retatrutide, Tirzeptide or Semaglutide. It's GLP-1, GLP-2 or GLP-3. Make sure the lab report identifies the product as GLP-1 or whatever and does not use an official product name. This means whoever is complaining is going to have to prove the product is an EXACT match for whatever patented product. This won't work. Small deviations in formulation screw this up. Dr. Thunder is like Dr Pepper, but it's not Dr. Pepper. GLP-3 (no parens with an R) is like Retatrutide, but it isn't.
Make the FDA, DOJ and Lilly have to invest the time, resources and money performing tests, filing cases and then having to show up in court. Then drag it out in court forever with filings, delays, discovery, etc. Big Pharma really does not want this stuff in the hands of a jury. I mean we can't even convict a woman who admits to murdering her children of murder. You think Peter, John and Mark are going to find in favor of FDA or big pharma? I doubt it.

You guys realize that Tesamorelin and CJC target the exact same receptors…..right? Soooo technically they both do the exact same thing. Just when they were studied the things that were recorded or analyzed during the study just happen to be different. The GH release that they trigger is what leads to the “visceral fat” being targeted not the specific peptide.

This probably used all of @drtrevorbachm videos to educate himself and now wants to bash him because he listens to his masters. You were never taught about peptides in med school you went and educated yourself on them as did he. When you can point to anything that he says that isn’t true maybe that will by you some credibility, because your med license means jack shit to me. Don’t you have some one’s symptoms to go manage?
