@jj420000 these are things that usually work for me. usually, the third day of my fast, my “phantom hunger” disappears. i like to suppress the hunger pangs with big gulps of water. idk if your fast excludes water or not, if so, then distracting yourself with hobbies or taking a nap, gl👍
