And your awards are irrelevant I'm still having to share personal information with a company I have no real information about.

So disappointed in @altontowers I've had Arthritis since I was a baby and have used ride access passes to be able to enjoy the park when I was a child. Now I want to come back I have to have:

My consultant can't provide a letter as they are busy with a covid backlog. My GP won't provide anything except a generic letter stating my condition, which your website says you won't take.

FFS why do disabled people have to jump through hoops to prove we're disabled enough. I just want to be able to enjoy a day out without being in agony on the day and for days after because of standing in queues. Surely there's a better way!

@CrossCountryUK 4 carriages when Ascot is on is unacceptable! So many people are being left behind at each platform, the train is uncomfortably full and impossible for people to move around for the toilet or to get off!
