Completely agree with @jsaideepak Sir.
Further, if someone does not believe in Hindu Gods, why insist on entering the puja of those very Gods?
Navratri is Devi-puja.
Wanting the dance while rejecting the Deity is not “brotherhood.” It is treating another community’s sacred rite as entertainment with a right of admission.
Insulting Hindu Deities is not “free speech.”
You have every right to disagree with or criticise any faith, but that does not give anyone the right to publicly degrade Maa Durga, Maa Saraswati, Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Bhagwan Shiv, or Hindu Scriptures with deliberate and provocative insults.
Criticism is one thing, deliberate religious insult intended to outrage sentiments and promote disharmony is another.
Hindus are not required to accept such humiliation in the name of “activism” or “free speech.”
Both accused have neither deleted all the derogatory posts nor tendered a public apology, despite being put on notice.
Since the Delhi Police has failed to act on my complaint, I am constrained to approach the competent Magistrate by filing an application under Section 175(3) BNSS, seeking appropriate directions against Sanjay Azad and her daughter in accordance with law.
Free speech is not a licence to insult faith. Such acts must face the due process of law, not silence.

⚖️ NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW: DEFAMATION WILL BE TAKEN TO TASK
A wonderful and significant Order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the Defamation Suit filed by @gauravbhatiabjp Ji.
The Hon’ble Court has directed the CJP people to remove all the defamatory posts within 24 hours and has further granted liberty to @gauravbhatiabjp Ji to avail appropriate remedies and take necessary steps if identical defamatory posts are repeated in the future.
No one is above the law, and no individual or organisation can be permitted to take the law into their own hands.
Those who misuse social media to make defamatory statements will be held accountable and taken to task in accordance with law.
The message is clear: Freedom of expression does not mean freedom to defame, harass or violate the law.

Application seeking FIR against Dhruv Rathee listed tomorrow, we will not allow anyone to speak derogatorily about Hindu Dharma and our Deities
On the last date of hearing, the Court had called for an Action Taken Report from the concerned SHO.
We will place on record:
• Order dated 03.07.2026 of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in W.P.(C) 8617/2026, directing the GAC to decide our appeal;
• The subsequent GAC Order dated 15.07.2026 allowing the appeal, observing that Dhruv Rathee’s video hurts religious sentiments, and directing YouTube to take the video down;
• That the video has since been withheld in India, while the issue of global injunction remains pending before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court; and
• Order dated 11.08.2026 of the Hon’ble High Court, directing YouTube to act on any re-upload of the same/similar content when the Petitioner brings such links to its notice.
The Criminal process and the Writ process will proceed on their own merits.
No intermediary and no individual is above the law.
Jai Shri Ram 🙏
Jai Shri Krishna 🙏

In contempt proceedings against the Delhi Police, the Hon’ble Supreme Court may take cognizance of the matter. Further, for offences under Sections 196 and 299 of the BNS, the punishment may extend to imprisonment for up to 3 years.
Both offences are cognizable and non-bailable.
