everyone’s pushing, breaking barricades, passing through anywhere, many people went inside venue without having tickets checked, even i got pushed in but i came to again to get wristband and gift but what is this mess…

Exact same problems as at YTC 2022 in the same venue. They started the show and army started to run to get in it was so dangerous. Some army missed like 3-4 songs because of the terrible organisation at that stadium.

in all seriousness, i’ve never seen a ticketing process as bad as the one for bts singapore. @TicketmasterSG fix your website because this is unacceptable, how is it that people with sub 10k queue numbers are taking over 2.5 hours to check out or even unable to??

i know we probably don’t have enough longitudinal data yet to understand the full effects, but what happens socially when a lot of small bids for human connection get redirected elsewhere?
