So the actual legal case in the Clancy trial, as held by her lawyer and 11/12 jurors, appears to be this: if there is reasonable doubt that this woman's feelings when murdering her three defenseless children were oriented a certain way and not another, she should be acquitted.

One juror described what happened during deliberations with the lone holdout:

Not convinced by all the hand-wringing about Greenland. Things are accelerating, EU proves to be an unreliable partner who won't do shit there, US wants strategic control, free hands on seabed and Arctic maritime routes, command chain compression, preemption etc, so it moves.
