I have 0 followers so this is unlikely to have much of an effect but on Friday I was on hold with @virginmedia for 5 hours before the agent hung up on me. Only 4 hours so far today but I think they're going for a new record

@virginmedia I'm trying to organise TV/phone/bband for my brother who has learning difficulties & only 1 person at Virgin has been any help at all, but she transferred me to someone who started the whole process again from the beginning then hung up

@virginmedia This is, in the face of some stiff competition, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I haven't even gone into the 2 different agents who said engineer would call 2hrs before visit (he didn't obv, said it is not standard)
