Tesla has an app that you can use to get an exact amount of how much money you spent on charging and saved. I have a 2016 model S with free supercharging that I bought used for $17,000 and I put 25 to 35,000 miles on it every year and save $4-5,000. New tires at least once a year for $1000 - $1500. Full charge still gets me 220 miles and have 130,000 miles on it.
