Order a phone, are told that the only way to change the shipping address (which you didn't get to choose) is to cancel and reorder... 5 1/2 months later with the inability to select a payment method at checkout and all @SamsungUS can say is "it's backordered, buy something else."

@SamsungUS @SamsungMobileUS @SamsungSupport @SamsungUS @Samsung this issue is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've spent over 25 hours on the phone and been on about 7 different email threads yet I'm the one requested to "call back."

@SamsungUS @SamsungUS I'm no longer interested in waiting on hold for 2 hours just to be asked to provide a screenshot, that a manager will call me (waited from 4/27 - 7/12 for this), or that my issue is that the phone is not available.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated though!
