That noise you hear off in the distance are the collective shrieks of the worst people in media watching their conspiracy theories about Charlie Kirk’s murder go up in flames as hard evidence was released to the public in the Preliminary murder trial hearings.

Here is what we now know:

- Robinsons was on campus 4 times the day of the murder, captured by 20 minutes of security footage.

- Security footage of Robinson breaking onto the roof with a backpack and laying in a sniper probe position over the TPUSA event

- Footage of Robinson fleeing the scene with his backpack

- Medical examiner confirms: single gunshot wound to the neck killed Charlie.

- TPUSA provided all HD video clips to law enforcement— none hidden or withheld

- Tyler Robinson turned himself into law enforcement and confessed to the murder in multiple messages, chats, notes and verbally to parents and law enforcement

- DNA evidence of Robinson & his fury lover on weapon & screw driver used in the murder

- Security footage of Robinson’s vehicle and license plate all over campus on day of the murder

- Robinson’s defense has access to all evidence, objects to none of it. It’s real.

The defense in short has no defense.

This madness must stop. Wild evidence-free speculation only serves to help Charlie’s murderer and poison the minds of a potential Jury pool and destroy the movement Kirk built. Make no peace with evil. Enough.

This guy wore a black silk glove on one hand for almost thirty years, and the reason why is wild. Meet Richard Henry Lee, the man who actually proposed American independence.

Quick correction to what most people think. Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration. But he didn't propose breaking from Britain. Richard Henry Lee did.

On June 7, 1776, Lee stood up in the Continental Congress and laid down the words that started everything: "Resolved, that these united colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent states." That motion, the Lee Resolution, is the thing that forced the vote. Jefferson was then assigned to write up the document explaining why. So the order people skip is this. Lee proposes the divorce. Jefferson writes the letter. Without Lee's resolution, there's no Declaration to sign.

Now the glove. Back in 1768, years before any of this, Lee was out hunting on his own land and his rifle exploded in his hands. The blast tore four fingers off his left hand. For the rest of his life he covered the damage with a black silk glove. And here's the part I love. He turned it into a weapon. When he gave speeches, he'd gesture with that gloved, ruined hand, and people couldn't look away from it.

Because make no mistake, this man could talk. People who heard him speak compared him to Cicero, the legendary Roman orator. He was the voice in the room. His own brother Francis Lightfoot Lee, who also signed the Declaration, was the quiet one. Richard was thunder.

He grew up at Stratford Hall in Virginia, the same house where Robert E. Lee would later be born into the same famous family. He helped lead the colony toward revolution, served in Congress, later became president of Congress under the Articles of Confederation, and finished his career as one of Virginia's first United States senators.

A man with half a hand, who stood up and said out loud the dangerous thing nobody else would put in a motion, and changed the course of history with one sentence.

Richard Henry Lee. The man who moved that America should be free.

That has been my message from the beginning and it will always be my message.

INTRODUCING: The Hire American Act.

This bill does exactly what its title says: hire American workers only. The legislation amends title 5 of the United States Code to restrict federal government employment to U.S. citizens and nationals ONLY.

American taxpayers foot the bill for every single federal job in this country. Every salary. Every benefit. Every pension. Those jobs belong to American workers, not non-citizens. Right now, there is no permanent law stopping a non-citizen from being hired by a federal agency or put on the federal payroll. Our bill ends this.

Prior to any appointment, individuals must sign an affidavit attesting to their citizenship status and the hiring agency must verify it. Anyone who lies faces up to a $50,000 fine and five years in prison.

The Office of Personnel Management must report to Congress on the number of current non-citizen federal employees disaggregated by agency and position within 180 days.

The American people are tired of a government working against them. They deserve to know the people running federal agencies, handling their data, and accessing classified information are Americans first.
