Nobody trades $HOOD stock on a Saturday. Your loan against the token is still open.

A plain price feed hands the liquidator a number anyway: Friday's close or a model, unlabelled.

hoodoracle labels it, and getPriceIfTraded refuses it.

No liquidation on a guess.

Stock tokens on Robinhood Chain trade all weekend. The shares behind them don't.

So we put hoodoracle inside a live Morpho market, without changing a line of Morpho code. A weekend model price can't liquidate anyone there.

Here's exactly how, step by step 🧵

1/ Speak Chainlink.

Most lending code reads one function: latestRoundData(). So we built HoodOracleFeed, hoodoracle behind that exact interface.

Strict mode only answers on a live print: TRADED, under 30 min old, inside a 1% band. Anything else reverts NotLivePrint.

2/ Price the token, not the share.

A Robinhood stock token is worth the share price x uiMultiplier(), which moves with dividends and splits. NVDA's is 1.000775 today.

The feed reads it on every call: $228.87 share, $229.0474 token.

3/ Wrap it with Morpho's own factory.

createMorphoChainlinkOracleV2(feed, 18 decimals for NVDA, 6 for USDG). The exact call a Chainlink feed gets.

Morpho only reads the oracle on borrow, withdrawCollateral and liquidate. Supply, withdraw and repay never touch it.

4/ Prove it before spending gas.

One weekend on a mainnet fork: real Morpho, real NVDA token, two markets identical except the oracle.

Saturday, the model says -4%:
Plain feed: liquidated, 8.4 of 10 NVDA gone
hoodoracle: liquidate() reverts, repay() still works

5/ Monday the stock opens -1%, not -4%. The hoodoracle position was never unhealthy.

When a real -6% print lands, it liquidates, at a traded price. No free pass for bad debt. Just no liquidation on a guess.

6/ Ship it.

- /api/health returns 503 when the chain stops updating
- the SDK rejects live prints older than 30 min
- every provenance change posts on-chain
