@jmthrivept Maybe he knew they had the PI call on an underthrow...

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@jerrythornton They paid market rate for all pros and hall of famers. wow.

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@Savageboston Not how a Hall of Fame owner does business

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@Savageboston With Krafty it has always been about minimizing the cash spend. He uses the salary cap as a crutch, figuring that most fans don't understand the time value of money. Witherspoon's deal is very front loaded making its NPV much different from whatever they are offering Gonzo.

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@Brycen2047 @Patriots @Savageboston The Krafts had the best player of all time and wouldn't happily pay him his worth. What chance does anyone else have?

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@Brycen2047 Remember the Hartford Patriots?

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@Savageboston @tomecurran @NBCSBoston Its like the Krafts think that they are the only ones who understand the time value of money.

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@drivelinekyle And Walt Hriniak

[Robert Hoog @hoog_robert]

@bostonradio @jerrythornton Started a feud with Parcells, tried to move the team to Hartford and mismanaged the end of the best QB/coach combo ever.

@adamlevitan Tiki Barber and LaDainian Tomlinson were older backs who had elite seasons following huge workloads...so its been done.
