@lufthansa @eurowings Over a year and still no compensation for 12 hr delayed flight. @lufthansa confirmed £1000 compensation would be transferred, but 30+ emails and still nothing. Now no one is even responding!!Please help sort this utter mess out! Abysmal customer service.

@lufthansa @lufthansa it has been 10months... I've sent my ID and bank details 3 times. I have over 25 emails. I've been told twice that I have sent incorrect info, which I can prove is NOT true. This is a scam to delay/ avoid a EU legal regulation. I have zero confidence in this company.

@lufthansa I'm on email 25 now. No compensation paid yet. Nearly a year since my flight was delayed. ID and bank details sent three times, and still no payment. @lufthansa @eurowings what an horrendous company!

@lufthansa Feedback ID 36226557. I booked with Lufthansa direct but flight was eventually with Eurowings discover. The only email for compensation is a Lufthansa one. Lufthansa say they will pass request to EW but I hear nothing. I'm going round in circles with hopeless customer service.

@BristolAirport @BristolAirport @VisitBristol and be scared witless with your family looking for your pick up car in the 'free waiting zone' which is in a barely lit car park somewhere down a dark road... Hope families feeling scared & vulnerable in your airport is worth the abhorrent £5 charge
