It appears @easyJet + @DHLGlobal @LDNLutonAirport thought this forecasted snow was a surprise…1 crew for baggage handling and hundreds in airport for hours. Kids sleeping on the floor. Terrible. Not a soul to speak to. And turning into a welfare & reputational issue quickly
