We went to the Boat Races from Kaytranada’s Space Invader 🚤 🎌

About 1 hour from Tokyo, is the Tamagawa Boat Races. The boat races are basically NASCAR meets Horse Races, it’s one of the few legal gambling sports in Japan.

It certainly feels like a time capsule. Each race lasts anywhere from 1-2 minutes, and you bet anything from 100 Yen and up.
